McDonald's of MIKI
I'm sure you are wondering what MIKI means?! We can explain...
In the wonderful world of McDonald's, we team up across the country in patches formerly called "co-ops" but now referred to as "Business Units", aka, BU's. The McDonald's MIKI Business Unit is made up of 27 Owner/Operators across Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Since we have locally owned McDonald's restaurants across four states, we decided to name ourselves "MIKI".
Why are we in a "BU"? Great question! We love coming together as local business owner franchisees to collaborate in areas of community, celebrating our people, Ronald McDonald House Charities and of course, our delicious food!
As a BU, we meet often to align on what our guests want most at McDonald's and we strive as a group, to be better every day.
