I'm sure you are wondering what MIKI means?! We can explain...
In the wonderful world of McDonald's, we team up across the country in patches formerly called "co-ops" but now referred to as "Business Units", aka, BU's. The McDonald's MIKI Business Unit is made up of 27 Owner/Operators across Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Since we have locally owned McDonald's restaurants across four states, we decided to name ourselves "MIKI".
Why are we in a "BU"? Great question! We love coming together as local business owner franchisees to collaborate in areas of community, celebrating our people, Ronald McDonald House Charities and of course, our delicious food!
As a BU, we meet often to align on what our guests want most at McDonald's and we strive as a group, to be better every day.
Take a look through our website and connect with our local McDonald's Owner-Operators. We have deep roots within the communities we serve, history as families within the McDonald's brand of franchisees and wonderful teams of dedicated employees that we couldn't survive without!
Thanks for coming to McDonald's and we hope to see you again soon!
